About the event
I will show you what happens in a Nia class at this 2-evening event on August 22 and 24 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You will see and feel Nia's effect, how simple but unique it can condition the body, soul, and emotions with the help of holistic dance-based movement forms and movement energies.
